ActionLink is hiring a Sony Sales Advisor to drive hands-on demos and expert recommendations at a Best Buy store in Vernon Hills. You will engage customers with Sony home theater solutions and support store staff with product knowledge.

The role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule on weekends (Fri 3pm-8pm; Sat-Sun 11am-7pm), a $22/hour pay rate, weekly pay via W2, and quarterly sales bonuses plus paid training and a 401(k) with company match. Physical stamina and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to engage customers with effective demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Sony product demos to customers and store associates.
• Provide expert recommendations on home theater gear and solutions.
• Close sales and help meet weekly targets.
• Educate and train store personnel on Sony products and features.
• Complete post-shift surveys with photos to relay feedback.
