Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience (or equivalent education/experience)

• Resourceful and diligent in completing tasks

Responsibilities

• Build solutions for customers through a consultative sales process focused on customer needs and product knowledge
• Be attentive to customers by listening to their needs, concerns and interests
• Guide customers through potential technologies, styles and fashions in your department
• Maintain knowledge of products and technologies through trainings and independent research
• Explain warranties and services offered by Curacao and how they apply to customers
• Be responsive and take ownership of customer issues in collaboration with your manager
• Maintain merchandising and inventory display standards and keep your area clean
• Assist in other store operations as needed, including servicing customers from other departments and restocking items
• Greet customers with a friendly, warm greeting and provide engaging, customer-centric service
• Demonstrate a customer-centric attitude and strive to understand and solve each customer’s unique need
• Be accountable for completing any task with integrity and transparency
