Job summary

Curacao is seeking a Sales Associate to ensure a frictionless discovery and sales process, helping customers get the right products with suitable financing every time. As the primary representative in our stores, you will ensure that all aspects of the customer’s visit go smoothly, from greeting to resolution.

You will build consultative solutions, listen to customers’ needs, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, assist other departments, and take ownership of issues with your manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Resourceful
• Diligent about completing tasks

Responsibilities

• Build solutions for customers through a consultative sales process that focuses on each customer’s needs and product knowledge
• Be attentive to customers by making them feel at home and listening to their needs, concerns, and interests
• Guide customers through potential technologies, styles and fashions available in your department
• Continually strive to improve your expertise of products and technologies through trainings and independent research
• Maintain a strong command of the details around warranties and other services offered by Curacao
• Be responsive and take ownership of customer issues in person or via phone in collaboration with your manager
• Maintain merchandising and inventory display standards and keep the area clean
• Pitch in with other store operations, restocking or counting inventory as needed
• Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly greeting when they walk into feet of you
• Demonstrate a CustomerCentric attitude and always serve customers to understand each one’s unique need
