Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an in-home Installation Helper to join a team that supports delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of consumer electronics at customers’ homes. You will assist seasoned agents, advise on product placement, and help with inventory and paperwork during visits.

The role emphasizes independent work, collaborative two-person teams, and participation in training opportunities to support store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs alone or 150 lbs with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding product, service and content
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other agents
• Process paperwork and payment
• Provide feedback and training opportunities to store teams and complete in-store repairs
