Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Assistant (Delivery Support Associate) in State College, PA to join during the holiday season. You will assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics and support the team with integration and networking tasks in customers’ homes.

You will work solo or in a two-person team, manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and handle paperwork and payments. This role emphasizes a seamless client experience and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools or help.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
