Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring for Home Associate. Earn an hourly wage of $19.50 to $32.50 with additional incentives and premiums based on location, schedule, and performance.

As a full-time Home Associate, you will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with finding products, and maintain Home displays. Walmart provides comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off, as well as education programs via Live Better U.

Hourly Wage: $19.5 - $32.5 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
