Job summary

Walmart in Virginia Beach is seeking a part-time associate to greet customers on the sales floor, answer questions, and recommend merchandise based on individual needs. You will help ensure Home displays stay neat and in proper order throughout the day.

The role offers mid-shift and closing shifts with a competitive hourly wage and incentives, plus access to benefits and a supportive team environment. This position is based at Walmart Supercenter #5922 in Virginia Beach.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
