Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #3280, 1490 Hudson Ave, Rochester, NY 14621, is seeking a full-time Home Associate. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage, with shifts available and a wage range of $21.50–$34.50 per hour.

You will greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs, and ensure Home displays are maintained throughout the day.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
