Job summary

Walmart is seeking Home associates for our West Bend Supercenter. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on requests, and ensure Home displays are maintained and organized throughout the day.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ($15–$28) with performance-based incentives. Shifts include mid-shift and closing; location is Walmart Supercenter, 1515 W Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
