Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a full-time Home associate at Walmart Supercenter #5197 in Owens Cross Roads, AL. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist them and recommend merchandise according to their wants and needs, and ensure Home displays remain neat and properly arranged throughout the day.

Available shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The role offers comprehensive benefits and is based at the Owens Cross Roads location.

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
