Walmart Supercenter #5046 in Clayton, NC is hiring for a part-time Home Associate role. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing, with hourly wages ranging from $14 to $27 and eligibility for performance incentives.

As a Home Associate, you greet customers on the sales floor, assist them, and recommend merchandise. You help maintain Home displays throughout the day and benefit from Walmart's broad benefits and employee programs.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
