Job summary

Walmart is hiring for a Home Associate position at Walmart Supercenter #3801 in Marysville, WA. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and keep displays neat on the sales floor. This is a part-time role with shifts including mid-shift and closing.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $17.5 - $30.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
