Job summary

Walmart in Iron Mountain, MI is seeking a Full-Time Home Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, help shoppers, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will ensure Home displays are kept neat and in order throughout the day.

Daily duties include assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store operations as needed. This role offers an hourly wage with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, 401(k), and PTO.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
