Walmart Supercenter #2192 in Houghton, MI is hiring for a Full-Time Home Associate. You will greet customers, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs, while keeping home displays neat and in order throughout the day.

This role offers an hourly wage of $16.50 to $29.50 plus performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. Shifts include opening and morning hours. Location: Walmart Supercenter #2192, 995 Razorback Dr, Houghton, MI 49931.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16.5 - $29.5 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
