Job summary

Walmart in Englewood, Ohio is seeking Home associates for part-time work. You will greet customers on the salesfloor, assist them with inquiries, and help guide purchases while ensuring Home displays stay neat and properly arranged throughout the day.

Shifts include mid-shift and closing, with a hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27 plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and various premiums based on schedule, facility, or work performed.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
