Walmart Supercenter #1534 in Bismarck, ND is seeking a full-time Home Associate to greet customers, assist with purchases, and recommend merchandise based on needs. You will maintain home displays and keep the sales area tidy throughout the day.

The role offers an hourly wage between $16 and $29, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, PTO, and education programs through Live Better U. Shifts include mid-shift and closing.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
