Job summary

Walmart stores in Manitowoc, WI are hiring full-time Home Associates to greet customers, assist on the floor, and recommend merchandise based on shopper needs. You will help keep displays tidy and ensure excellent service throughout your shift, including mid-shift and closing coverage.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation

• Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
