Job summary

Chipr Home Solutions is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our sales team. You’ll work at the intersection of people and technology, with hands-on training to help you reach your financial goals with a great supportive leadership team that truly cares about everyone's success.

• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.

Physical Requirements:

Home Solutions Experts perform the essential functions of this role primarily outdoors and in the field. This includes continuously walking and standing throughout each shift, frequently climbing stairs at multi-family properties, and regular exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation. The role may also require occasionally lifting or carrying materials up to 50 pounds in connection with event support.
