Job summary

Chipr LLC is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our field sales team. You will engage customers to explain home technology solutions and drive sales while benefiting from a supportive leadership team focused on your success.

We provide hands-on training, leads to improve efficiency, and uncapped earnings with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits after the first 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School education or higher
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device is required

Responsibilities

• Understand all products and services and how they benefit customers
• Sell Chipr products through door-to-door canvassing, MDUs, and events
• Hit monthly personal performance targets and report progress in the tracking system
• Maintain a consistent 5-day work week with weekend availability as needed
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to company values and participate in team chats and company communications
• Perform other duties within the role scope as assigned

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Understand all the products and services
• Sell Chipr's products through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards
• Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System
• Be active in team and company chats
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training
• Adhere to company values
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role

Physical Requirements:

Home Solutions Experts perform the essential functions of this role primarily outdoors and in the field. This includes continuously walking and standing throughout each shift, frequently climbing stairs at multi-family properties, and regular exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and precipitation. The role may also require occasionally lifting or carrying materials up to 50 pounds in connection with event support.
