Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Full-Time Device Tech to join our Needham lab. No experience required; paid training provided. Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for growth in healthcare.

The Device Tech educates patients on HST device use, uploads data, prepares devices for testing, and documents interactions in the medical record. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on proper use of the HST device.
• Upload data from the device.
• Prepare devices for testing.
• Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record.
• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
• Inventory and track HST devices and supplies.
