Job summary

Neurocare, Inc. is seeking a Sleep Technologist to perform overnight polysomnographic studies at our Boston-area labs in Boston, Newton, Milton, Needham, Brockton and Concord, MA, plus Derry, NH.

We offer full-time, part-time and per diem schedules with flexible options. You will obtain high-quality PSG recordings, monitor two patients, perform PAP titrations, calibrate sleep equipment and provide patient education and reassurance throughout the study, collaborating with clinical and technical

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience.
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plus.
• Dependable, professional and patient-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies.
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings.
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing.
• Perform PAP titrations.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment.
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study.
• Accurately document study events and observations.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll work directly with patients while obtaining high-quality polysomnographic recordings used to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing
• Perform PAP titrations
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study

What We're Looking For:

• HS Diploma or GED
