Job summary

Vituity in Dublin, OH is seeking a Home Sleep Study Technician to manage the full HST device lifecycle, from device selection to scoring completed studies for provider interpretation. The role includes evening support for device issues, HIPAA compliance, and coordination with billing and DME vendors.

The candidate will advise providers on device choices, verify insurance coverage, schedule patient activities, and ensure data integrity according to AASM guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of nursing, home health, sleep medicine, or related clinical experience preferred.
• RPSGT/CPSGT or equivalent preferred.
• Experience scoring home sleep test data preferred.
• Athena or comparable EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HST devices and advise providers on device selection.
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and prior authorization for HST devices.
• Schedule patients for device pick-up, fitting, activation, and provide at-home instructions.
• Maintain HST device inventory, disinfection, calibration, and readiness for redeployment.
