Albertsons Companies in Baton Rouge is seeking a Home Shopping Department Manager to lead daily digital fulfillment and in-store operations, ensuring accurate orders, strong customer service, and efficient pickup and delivery where available.

You will manage a fast-paced, high-volume team, coach associates, and partner with store leadership to optimize inventory, safety, and operational standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick-up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments
• Travel requirements: None
• Other requirements: Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct
