Albertsons Companies seeks a Home Shopping Department Manager in a Raynham, MA area store to lead daily fulfillment operations and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will manage order accuracy, pickup/delivery quality, and use of Home Shopping platforms to drive efficiency and growth.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, scheduling, and ensuring food safety and standards while supporting store performance and customer satisfaction across high‑volume fulfillment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused order fulfillment
• Deliver an exceptional pick‑up and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
• Coordinate end‑to‑end fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
• Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, on‑time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out‑of‑stocks impacting orders
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments
• Travel requirements: None
• Other requirements: Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance; compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct
