Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of estimating and/or operations management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential repairs, remodeling, or construction processes.
• Must live in Miami-Dade County.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate residential and light commercial repair/remodel estimates.
• Conduct on-site assessments and communicate scope of work.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job progress.
• Support technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Maintain strong customer communication.
• Monitor job costing and performance metrics.
