Responsibilities:

Engage customers inside retail home improvement stores about HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups; our expert sales advisors handle the rest.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand and walk during shift
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
• Attend weekly in-office meetings
