Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and knowledge of trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in home repair or commercial maintenance
• Strong empathy, listening skills, and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and repair equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Physical ability to perform repair tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Must provide own tools
• Comfortable reading maps within a service territory
