Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
- Deliver salt to both residential and commercial customers.
- Record unit data and test water conditions on each service call.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide answers during service calls and salt deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with customers and within the company.
- Provide reports of service calls demonstrating understanding of water systems.
- Coordinate with management, sales, and customer service to resolve issues.
- Travel in company vehicle to support and maintain the service area.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory.
- Assist customers via telephone and add service call photos to CRM.
- Handle salt deliveries and unload into warehouse using forklift.
- Understand CRM scheduling and sales order entry.
- Remove rental equipment as needed.
- Perform basic shop duties and support other departments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience or training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national codes/regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Understanding of water supply and regulation systems.
Additional Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical fields preferred.
- Trade certification preferred.
- Experience with control systems and building integration systems preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or GED in related field.
