Responsibilities

Where and how will you serve customers?

  • Complete our award-winning company-paid training and learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route as a Pro
  • Prepare and install home services, including attic remediation, crawlspace encapsulations, Orkin Leaf Guard, and radiant heat barriers for energy efficiency
  • Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals
  • Interact with customers by setting project expectations and guiding them through the process to ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer
  • Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

  • No experience required—training provided!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company)
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage routes, and interact with customers
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Work environment requirements

  • Use ladders safely within weight limits
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing
  • Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
  • Work in various weather conditions
