Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Home Service Technician (Will Train) in the United States. You’ll follow a daily route, perform installations like attic remediation and crawl space encapsulation, and build relationships with customers. No pest control experience is required; training provided.

You’ll be paid hourly and eligible for raises, bonuses, and growth opportunities. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with paid training, benefits, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• No Previous Pest Control Experience Required – we train you!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Compliance with state and local laws during employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection, radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.
