Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) to join our team on a route-based residential service schedule. You will install and service pest control measures across attics, crawl spaces, and other areas while prioritizing safety and customer service.

No pest control experience is required; we provide training. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and you must obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid). The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

• No pest control experience required; we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.
• We will comply with state and local laws in employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in various environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
