Responsibilities

As a Home Services Inspector, your responsibilities include understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. You will perform comprehensive inspections, from attics to crawlspaces, to identify problems and build trust with clients by listening to their needs and explaining solutions confidently.

• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and leads, supported by a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule and conduct home visits to explain products and services.
• Inspect various parts of the home—training will be provided.

• Organize and prepare sales agreements using a company-provided iPad, with training provided.
