Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Representative to build trusted relationships with homeowners, conduct thorough full-home inspections, and close sales based on its trusted protection and long-term benefits. The role includes training, a structured pathway to advancement, and the support of a nationally recognized brand.

Average earnings are strong with uncapped commissions and a base-plus-commission structure.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
