Orkin is hiring an experienced Sales Inspector in Springfield, IL to turn your drive and people skills into a thriving, long-term sales career. You’ll close deals, protect homes, and earn uncapped commissions with the backing of a trusted pest-control brand.

You'll receive award-winning training, career development, and support as you build a client base. The role involves conducting full-home inspections and explaining treatment options while managing schedules and documentation using an iPad.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
