Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join our team, with the opportunity to earn $70,000 to $95,000 in the first year (base plus commission) and rewards trips for top performers. You will inspect homes, build trust with homeowners, and close deals using an iPad-based sales system.

You’ll work with company-provided leads and your own hustle, operating a company vehicle and enjoying benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, paid training, and time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!).
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.

• Valid driver’s license

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
