Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in the United States. You will conduct in-home inspections from attics to crawlspaces, build trust with homeowners, and propose tailored pest control solutions. You’ll close deals using an iPad-based sales system and leverage company-provided leads to grow your earnings.

The role offers a $70k–$95k first-year potential with base pay plus commission, plus comprehensive benefits and training. Valid driver’s license and safety-focused mindset required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses; training and costs covered by employer.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in customers’ homes and various environments.

• Build trust through in-home consultations
• Perform full inspections—from attics to crawlspaces

• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and physically in the field
• Willingness to obtain required state licenses (we’ll pay for it and train you!)
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
