Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required for site visits.
• Completion of the Sales Associate Learning & Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Sell and close Pulte/Del Webb products; monitor and meet CSMS goals.
• Generate leads from referrals and core realtor group; conduct interviews.
• Present to model visitors and explain payments, taxes, HOA, and club memberships.
• Prepare paperwork for each sale and coordinate with design center, mortgage, and inspections.
• Keep buyers informed of construction start and completion dates through closing.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate departments; adhere to processes.
