Job summary

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver in-home respiratory care per physician orders. The role emphasizes ventilator management and prompt setup of equipment to patients in their homes.

You will set up non-invasive ventilators and BiPAPs, train patients on device use and safety, perform follow-up calls, and support patients with ongoing home care as needed. A clean driving record and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist in good standing.
• Experience delivering home respiratory care.
• Ability to work in patients' homes and manage equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver respiratory equipment (non-invasive ventilators, BiPAP) in hospital and home settings.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Provide patient instruction on proper use, maintenance and safety of equipment.
• Perform follow-up calls with patients after setup.
• Provide follow-up care in the home setting as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
