VieMed is seeking a Home Respiratory Therapist to oversee the clinical, technical and administrative functions of the Home Respiratory Therapist program at our Raleigh location. Responsibilities include equipment installation, patient assessment, and coordination with physicians and care teams.

You will maintain records and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, train new staff, support billing and referral development, and participate in on-call rotation to meet patient needs.

Qualificações

• Medical or respiratory experience required.
• Respiratory Therapist license active in the practicing state.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Home Respiratory Therapist program's clinical, technical and administrative functions.
• Coordinate installation, delivery, and ongoing assessment of home respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Maintain patient records, charts, and equipment documentation with accuracy.
• Manage inventory of Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies; track and order as needed.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Provide orientation and training for new staff and technicians.
• Support billing processes and ensure documentation meets third-party payer requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and referral sources to promote services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and teamwork across RTs and departments.
