VieMed Healthcare seeks a Home Respiratory Therapist to lead the clinical, technical, and administrative functions of the Home Respiratory Therapist program in the Richmond area.

You will install and service respiratory devices at patients' homes, coordinate with physicians, maintain records, manage inventory, and support billing and regulatory compliance while training junior staff and sharing on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Medical or respiratory experience.
• A valid Respiratory Therapist license in the State in which you practice.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical, technical and administrative functions for the Home Respiratory Therapist program.
• Install and deliver respiratory equipment; supply patients and perform ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate records, charts, equipment records and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, health care practitioners and other staff involved in patient care.
• Oversee inventory, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality billing information and third-party payor compliance.
• Train and orient new staff; participate in on-call coverage with RTs.
