Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Technician – Local Delivery Driver to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes within the local community.

You will educate patients and caregivers on safe use, perform basic equipment troubleshooting, and complete delivery documentation while keeping the vehicle in good working order. The role supports care delivery at the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Compliance with credentialing and driving records may apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function and patient safety.
• Complete delivery documentation and patient visit reports on time.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, safe, and ready for service.
