The role focuses on ensuring safe delivery of respiratory equipment and services, with emphasis on training colleagues and maintaining equipment per policy.

The position requires setup and fitting of PAP/BIPAP devices, clinical follow-ups, and adherence to HIPAA while supporting quality patient outcomes and collaboration with the Respiratory Department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Medicare certified HME environment that bills insurance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment instruction and troubleshooting for respiratory patients.
• Set up PAP/BIPAP equipment and fit masks for patients.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls/visits to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete required paperwork.
