Responsibilities

• Receives calls and reviews homeowner correspondence.
• Schedules appointments with homeowners.
• Conducts repair inspections with homeowners with tact and diplomacy.
• Determines repairs and creates work order schedules.
• Communicates repairs needed to field and office staff; refers unwarranted items to management.
• Coordinates with subcontractors regarding work orders and schedules; maintains diplomacy.
• Verifies completion of subcontractor workmanship and informs office staff.
• Authorizes billing requests after reviewing charges for accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Customer Care Executive.
