Mr. Handyman in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a versatile Craftsman for home repair, carpentry, flooring, tile and drywall. You will work on a variety of projects, maintain high quality workmanship and build lasting relationships with customers.

We're payroll employees (no subcontractors) with company-supplied vans, on-time delivery, and a competitive pay and bonus plan. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour and local growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple trades and home maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proficient in diagnosing customer concerns and estimating pricing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across bathrooms, carpentry, decks, doors, and flooring.
• Complete tile work, weatherproofing, and assembly tasks.
• Respond to a variety of home repair projects with quality workmanship.
• Build relationships with customers and work independently within franchise guidelines.
