Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in home renovation or construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., General Contractor License) are a plus.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior/exterior upgrades.
• Complete demolition, site prep, and job site cleanup.
• Follow project scopes, plans, and directions from project managers or contractors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Measure, cut, and install framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, and doors.
• Install flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood, ceramic etc.).
• Minor electrical and plumbing
• Assist with window and fixture installations
• Perform finish work with attention to detail and quality
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain and care for company tools and vehicle
