Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring a Home Remodeling Expert for a full-time, W-2 outside sales role. You will meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver impactful presentations, and close high-ticket deals with uncapped commissions up to $300K/year.

Expect comprehensive training and a path to high earnings as you grow nationwide by 2030. Top performers earn $100K–$150K in their first year on average, with pay ranging from $90K to $300K per year depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (6 days/week) are needed.
• Self-motivated, independent or team-oriented, with or without sales/home improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations to wow homeowners.
• Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales.
