Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in Eden Prairie, MN to conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales for pest control solutions. You’ll manage scheduling, follow-ups, and client communications while representing a trusted, century‑old brand.

Earn between $70,000 and $100,000 in your first year (base + commission) with a company vehicle, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role rewards drive, customer focus, and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.
• OSHA PPE/respirator safety may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using company tools.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.
