You’ll build trust,Inspect homes, explain options, close sales, and manage appointments with an iPad, while representing Orkin with professionalism and integrity every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• Love meeting new people and helping solve real problems.
• Confident, competitive, and goal-driven.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.
• Willing to climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value and long-term protection of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
