The Edward Jones Rotational Development Program (RDP) is a fourteen‑month experience providing a combination of rotational assignments, mentoring, and professional development to build skills, expertise and insight across business areas critical to the firm. By working collaboratively with program peers, program leaders and business areas, participants build a portfolio of experience while advancing valuable work on behalf of the firm.
RDP associates earn their Security Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses. The program includes one licensing‑preparation study rotation, two rotations within the associate's assigned division, and one rotation outside of their assigned division to broaden their perspective and understanding of the firm.
