Job summary

Cemstone is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver to deliver concrete and related products to construction sites within a reasonable proximity in Hackensack, MN. The role is full-time with potential overtime, and includes home nightly schedule and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, load materials, and ensure the correct slump and admixtures as per customer specs, while maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A or B.
• Ability to pass Federal DOT drug screen and physical and obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Must safely operate truck and follow company policy and laws.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip inspection of ready-mix truck per DOT regulations.
• Deliver ready-mix concrete and associated products to construction sites.
• Maintain clean, safe vehicle and equipment; communicate with dispatch.
• Complete paperwork and handle payments as required.
• Promote professional image and customer satisfaction.
• Perform post-trip inspections and adhere to schedule.
